純蝶豆花茶

The whole dried flowers steeping into that deep sapphire blue is honestly kind of mesmerizing to watch. Taste is mild and earthy on its own, so I usually add a bit of honey. Been drinking it iced all week instead of soda.

The color change when you squeeze lemon into the brew is genuinely mesmerizing, and the dried flowers themselves are whole and vivid, not dusty crumbs. It’s become my favorite afternoon ritual, and the mild, earthy taste is soothing without needing sweetener.

I brew this every morning just to watch the petals unfurl in the hot water—the blue is so vivid it looks almost fake. Even after three steeps, the flowers still hold their color and the flavor stays gentle and clean.
