純洋甘菊茶

I've been swapping my evening coffee for a cup of this, and the whole dried flower heads steep into something so soft and floral I actually look forward to bedtime now. One teaspoon per cup is plenty, and it never turns bitter even if I forget and let it sit. My shoulders drop about ten minutes in,

I brew this every evening now and that first inhale over the mug is honestly the most calming part of my whole day. The flowers are so fresh and fragrant that just opening the pouch feels like a mini escape, and the tea itself is smooth without that grassy bite I usually get from chamomile.

The flower heads are plump and whole, not crushed into dust like most bags I've tried. Steeping just a few minutes gives a sweet, honey-like fragrance that genuinely slows my evening down.
