ヒマラヤンブラックティー

Every cup carries that smoky, almost mineral depth you’d expect from high-altitude leaves, and it brews a deep amber without any bitterness. I’ve been drinking it every morning for a week now, and the finish stays clean and slightly sweet.

The first steep fills the room with a deep, malty aroma that reminds me of walking through a high-altitude tea garden. It brews a rich amber cup that holds up beautifully to a second infusion, which is exactly what I look for in a daily black tea.

I usually drink darjeeling, but this malty, earthy cup feels like a whole different mountain range. The leaves are dark and tightly rolled, and the second steep brings out a smooth, almost honeyed warmth that lasts. It's become my go-to for slow afternoons.
