ドゥアーズグリーンティー

The first steep hit me with that unmistakable Dooars terroir—earthy, fresh, and a little grassy in the best way. I’ve been brewing it every afternoon and the flavor stays smooth even as it cools, no bitterness creeping in. This is easily my new go-to for a calm, focused break.

I've been brewing this before work every morning and the leaves hold their flavor through three steeps without turning bitter, which is rare for a green tea that isn't from the usual high-altitude regions. There's something genuinely distinctive about the terroir here, like a soft, earthy undertone

The first steep already tastes like the lush region it comes from—clean, slightly vegetal, with a smoothness I wasn't expecting from a green tea. The leaves hold up well for a second brew, which makes the bag last longer than most.
