洋甘菊茶

The apple-floral scent hits as soon as the hot water touches the leaves, way nicer than the dusty teabags I used to buy. Being caffeine-free means I can have a cup after dinner without lying awake at 2am.

I've been winding down with a cup about an hour before bed, and the lack of caffeine is exactly what my evenings needed. The apple-floral note comes through nicely without being overpowering, and at under four rupees a cup it's become a daily habit I don't feel guilty about.

The floral scent is subtle enough that it doesn’t feel perfumey, and the lack of caffeine means I can sip it right before bed without tossing and turning. It’s a touch pricier per cup than I’d like, but the calming effect is worth it for a nightly ritual.
